Jewelry Casting Burnout Furnace Mold Oven

This jewelry casting burnout furnace is designed for baking plaster molds used in jewelry casting and metal casting processes. It features both segmented temperature control and constant temperature control, providing flexible and accurate heating options for different casting needs. Main Features

Dual Temperature Control Modes
The machine offers both segmented temperature control and constant temperature control. In segmented mode, the advanced PID control system helps provide accurate and stable temperature management throughout the heating process. In constant temperature mode, users can set a specific temperature and maintain it steadily for special casting requirements.

Segmented Heating Program
The segmented temperature program is designed to support the burnout process step by step:

Stage 1: Heat to 180°C in 60 minutes, then hold for 90 minutes
Stage 2: Heat to 350°C in 60 minutes, then hold for 90 minutes
Stage 3: Heat to 580°C in 60 minutes, then hold for 120 minutes
Stage 4: Heat to 900°C in 60 minutes, then hold for 120 minutes
Stage 5: Cool down to 780°C in 30 minutes, ready for inverted mold casting

Exhaust and Wax Drain Design
The furnace is equipped with an additional exhaust port to help release internal gas during heating and improve safety. It also features a wax drain and wax collection design, helping prevent melted wax from contaminating the inside of the machine and making cleanup easier.

High-Temperature Resistant Furnace Lining
The furnace lining is embedded with silicon oxide material for faster heating and good heat retention. With resistance wire heating, the machine can heat up quickly and maintain stable working performance.

User-Friendly Design
The three-layer furnace structure provides heat insulation and flame-retardant protection for safer and more efficient operation. Its compact size and lightweight design make it suitable for studios and small working spaces, while also helping reduce energy consumption.
